Work History

Derrick has been in the building industry all of his professional career in some form or fashioned. He attended East Carolina University and graduated North Carolina A &T State University.  

After college, Derrick worked in the residential building industry and has remained in the building industry. Over 30 years of experience of building, appraising and inspecting residential and commercial properties.

 He finds residential and commercial property inspections the most fulfilling and rewarding. And mostly, Derrick really enjoys helping people make good decisions about their investment into a property.
